There are some physical inabilities like low back pain and related issues due to lumbar and cervical issues.
I don’t see any suggestive plans for such clients. In that case I won’t be able to continue my subscriptions with you.

I live in a flat and I cannot jump because it would make noise for the neighbors living under my flat. Plus some people have knee issues and can't jump for those reasons. This would be a great option in your app.
I have an ankle injury and have 6+ weeks I have to go low impact. Wish you had a low impact option toggle
I suffer with weak wrists and an injury to my knee so one or two movements aren’t suitable so may be an idea to put in a section about injuries if possible just so when you are doing a workout you aren’t caught out
I can not do some positions because of mu hurting ancle. Could you please add some function that we can add which position we couldn’t do. Thus in other antreman we won’t face with them again. Thanks for asking 😇

Low impact alternatives for people with joint problems like myself for people who cant put pressure on knees or wrists etc.
I have RA and am 33 yrs old and have and knee and wrist replacements. A low impact in addition to an easier or harder option would be great!! I know you provide three options already maybe modify the recommended one and keep the harder easier options too. Just a thought!
You need an arthritis and/or post injured workout. I was in a car accident, VERY long recovery.
Могла бы быть программа для новичков, постепенно увеличивая нагрузки. А как людям с астеохондрозом спины?непонятно нужно упрожнение задерживать и сново повторять или делать его постепенно. Я после первой тренировки чуть всала с кровати, чуть ходила, хоть получилось зделать лишь половину того. А у меня маленький ребёнок, я чуть могла его поднять.. как знать правильно ли выполняются упрожнения? Как првильно дышать???
