It would be cool to have workouts that target only certain muscle groups or body parts like workouts only for arms shoulders and back

Hi there! When you start using the app, you are asked a few questions on your goals and fitness preparation during the onboarding phase. Thanks to this process, we craft a personalized plan for you! So, every week we'll give you a set of workouts in line with your personal expectations and needs.
Of course, you can always revise your plan settings anytime you want by opening the app and tapping the gear icon at the top-right side of the "Plan" screen. This way, we hope you can get the most out of the app and use it as an encouraging tool to keep on track!

There should be a calendar to tell you what workouts to do on which days.
