Choose the day(s) you want to workout. Just so theres no workouts missed or skipped.
Yes please - I need to reschedule every week but the app won’t let me go it, even though there is a menu option for this.
Suppose I am planning to work out 5 days a week, it forces me to take rest on Tuesday and Saturday. But I think user should be able to customise it according to his routine. One can choose to work out on weekdays and rest on weekends or have some other custom plans
I want Sunday to be rest day but I can’t change . Mon-fri workout and Sunday rest day . Even if there’s an option to move to another day , I just can’t switch.
THERE NEEDS TO BE A PERIOD LOGGING CATEGORY SO WE CAN GET CUSTOM AND BETTER PLANS WITHOUT HAVING TO MISS ANY EXERCISES SINCE ITS HARD FOR SOME WOMEN TO WORKOUT DURING THAT WEEK.
I know I don’t want to workout on Sundays. Why not make a feature “preferred days”
It would be nice if we could select certain days of the week that we would or would not like to work out.
I would like to workout when I am able and change the days around.
I would like to have the option to set up my workout days. You have the option to change it day buy day but I would like to do it weekly or monthly.
Reschedule skipped days work out option is not available.

Let me push a workout up or down a day or two. I go to a group fitness class every Wednesday. I’d rather do your recommended workout on Monday
Hi there! You can reschedule a workout to another day of the same week by following these steps:
- In the "Plan" section of the app, take a look at the workouts available for the ongoing weekly
- Choose the one you'd like to reschedule and tap on the icon in the bottom-right corner (a circle with 3 dots)
- Tap on "Reschedule to Another Day"
- An icon shows up on the right: hold your finger on it and move it up or down to drag the workout to the desired date
- Tap on the green check icon to confirm your choice
However, there is currently no option to set your workouts on one or more specfic days of the week for the whole plan (without manually rescheduling each of them every time). There is also no option to reschedule workouts you skipped during the past weeks. But these are both a good suggestion we will gladly treasure for future improvements!
